well, today is my 30th birthday so i figured why not start a blog. after all i'm sure the memory loss will start setting in soon and this will come in handy. i've been absolutely dreading this birthday since i was about 27. not sure why? but hopefully it won't be as bad as i've been anticipating. {can someone please cue “it’s my party”…and I’ll cry if I want to?. ok thanks}
fortunately, michael and i are heading to ireland and prague for the next 17 days so that has kept me pre-occupied. i have never been to either so to say i am excited is an understatement. i’m just hoping i will be able to sleep on the plane ride over…{and that my one very small but stuffed bag is not over the weight limit}. below is one of the places we will be staying in ireland. until then…
